Welcome to Float Servicios Nauticos! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our website and services. By booking a charter or using our website, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

 

  1. Booking & Payments
  • Reservations: All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed through our website, phone, or email.
  • Deposits: A deposit of 30% of the total price is required to secure your reservation. The deposit is non-refundable within certain timeframes (see cancellation policy below).
  • Full Payment: The remaining balance must be paid at least 1 day before your charter date. Failure to pay the balance may result in the cancellation of your reservation.
  • Accepted Payments: We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, cash.

 

  1. Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • Customer Cancellations:
    • If a cancellation is made 30 days or more before the charter date, a full refund of the deposit will be issued.
    • If a cancellation is made between 29 and 15 days before the charter, we will refund 70% of the deposit or we can reschedule with no charge. 
    • If a cancellation is made between 14 and 7 days before the charter, we will refund 50% of the deposit or we can reschedule with no charge. 
    • Cancellations made within 7 days of the charter date will result in a forfeiture of the full deposit and no reschedule applicable. 
  • Weather Cancellations: In case of bad weather or unsafe conditions as determined by the port captain, we will offer a full refund or reschedule.
  • Company Cancellations: If Float Servicios Nauticos needs to cancel the charter for any reason (excluding weather), we will offer the customer a full refund.

 

  1. Charter Conditions
  • Arrival: Guests are required to arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the departure time. Late arrivals may result in reduced charter time or cancellation without refund.
  • Crew & Captain: A certified captain and crew are included in all charters. The captain reserves the right to make decisions regarding safety, weather, and the itinerary.
  • Customer Conduct: Customers must behave responsibly onboard. Any damages caused to the boat due to negligence or misconduct may be charged to the customer.
  • Prohibited Activities: Illegal substances and firearms are strictly prohibited on board. Guests are also prohibited from throwing any objects or waste into the sea.

 

  1. Rescheduling
  • Rescheduling your charter is possible if the request is made at least 7 days before the originally scheduled date. Rescheduling requests made within 7 days of the charter will be subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

 

  1. Liability
  • Customer Responsibilities: Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Float Servicios Nauticos is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items during the charter.
  • Injuries & Accidents: All guests must follow the crew’s safety instructions at all times. Float Servicios Nauticos is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or incidents that occur as a result of a guest’s failure to follow safety guidelines or instructions.
  • Force Majeure: Float Servicios Nauticos is not liable for cancellations or disruptions caused by events outside of our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, or government regulations.

 

  1. Price Guarantee

We guarantee the best price since you are booking directly with us. If you find a lower price elsewhere for a similar service, let us know, and we will match it (terms and conditions apply).

 

  1. Weather Policy

Weather conditions are constantly monitored. If inclement weather is expected, we may adjust the schedule or route to ensure safety. In the event of severe weather, we may cancel or reschedule the trip at no extra charge to the customer.

 

  1. Damages

Any intentional damage to the yacht, its equipment, or any other property caused by guests will result in financial responsibility for repairs and replacements.

 

  1. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of México, and any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of México.

 

  1. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website, and it is your responsibility to review these terms regularly.
